I cannot even begin to express and communicate the amount of attention to detail, attention to our concerns, the promptness of responses (even after hours) Jim and his team exuded toward my husband and I. We had never sold a property before, and to be frank, I was against getting a realtor again. We had already had our home on the market for nearly a year without it selling. Jim spoke with my husband on his own. I’m so very glad he did! Jim had all his data printed out that reflect current trends, our property worth, an estimated sell time based on the homes in our area, and a lot more. Jim was flat on it. We were contemplating selling well below market value, but Jim advised us not to do that and to wait. I relented and followed my husband’s lead on allowing Jim to be our realtor. Boy am I glad I did! Within a few WEEKS, we had a number of showing, AND our house was under contract! Another month later, and we closed!
