About the Choctaw Cultural Center

Located in Durant, Oklahoma, the Choctaw Cultural Center is a state-of-the-art, 100,000-square-foot facility dedicated to exploring, preserving, and sharing the rich history, culture, and traditions of the Choctaw people. Featuring immersive exhibits, living history displays, a traditional mound, and community gathering spaces, the center serves as a vibrant cultural hub for learning and celebration. Hosting community events like the indoor Halloween Trick-or-Treat allows families to connect and celebrate together in a welcoming environment.

Schedule of Activities

6:00 PM | Doors Open: Indoor trick-or-treating begins across participating department and vendor booths.
7:00 PM | Cake Walk Fundraiser: Participate in a fun cake walk benefiting local Stickball Field Upgrades.
8:00 PM | Costume & Booth Contest Awards:
- Costume Categories: Best Adult Costume, Best Youth Costume, Best Toddler/Kids Costume
- Booth Contest: Awarded based on creativity, decorations, and Halloween spirit!
